Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
20 Ritz crackers
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and beat well.
Fold in the remaining ingredients.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Butter pie pan first.
