Turkey Rose - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices Pepperidge Farm white bread
4 c. bite size turkey
16 oz. can mushrooms
8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
10 slices sharp Cheddar
mayonnaise
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
4 oz. pimento
bread crumbs
butter
Preparation

Remove bread crusts and butter bread on both sides.
Put in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Spray mayonnaise on 1 side of cheese and place, mayonnaise side down, on bread.
Beat eggs with milk.
Pour over bread and cheese.
Mix soups together (no diluting) and pour over eggs.
Sprinkle with pimento.
