Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent dinner rolls
    1 c. grated potatoes (such as hash browns)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. milk (sweet milk)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    mushrooms and oregano (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Place in crust, then hash browns and cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Pour evenly over cheese.
    Top with mushrooms or onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
    May be garnished with pimento.
