Hamburger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans mushroom steak sauce
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together and pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Cut in squares, roll in flour and brown in a small amount of shortening.
    Put in roasting pan.
    Take the mushroom soup and steak sauce and mix in pan.
    Heat to a boil. Pour over meat and bake 1 1/2 hours in a 275\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 15.
