Ginger Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    12 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. molasses
    1 tsp. baking soda
    flour (add until firm dough)
Preparation
    Put soda in hot water and other ingredients.
    Add the soda to the hot water and the other ingredients and enough flour to be firm.
    Drop on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
