Apple Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 quarts water
    3 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 quarts sliced apples
Preparation
    Let set for 24 hours.
    Strain through a cheese cloth, mix juice with sugar (for 10 cups, 1/2 cup of sugar.)
    And add 1/2 to 1 can of frozen apple juice concentrate as for your own taste.
    Place in glass jars with seals.
