Barbecued Potatoes In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn oil
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, cut into small pieces
    salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Fold two 24-inch long sheets of heavy-duty foil in half. Place 1 sheet crosswise over the other.
    Coat generously with oil. Combine potatoes and onion in center of foil.
    Mix in butter and season with salt and pepper.
    Close foil tightly, forming large bag.
    Serves 4.
