Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew meat
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. each: salt, ground cumin, cocoa, dried oregano leaves
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
    2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, undrained
    2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans, undrained
Preparation
    Cook beef, sausage, onion and garlic in skillet until meat is brown.
    Drain.
    Put meat mixture into crock-pot and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 3 to 4 hours, stirring frequently or until meat and beans are tender.
    Serve.
    Top with shredded cheese and side of cornbread.
