Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
green onion
3 celery ribs
1/2 lb. butter or oleo
4 Tbsp. flour
1 large and 1 small can Carnation milk
2 egg yolks
2 lb. fresh crabmeat
10 oz. mild grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in butter; add flour and blend.
Add milk and blend.
Remove from heat.
Add egg yolks, crabmeat, salt, pepper and cheese.
Put in casserole with cheese on top and bake until brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
