Lynda'S Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar. Add flavors. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well, using high speed with electric mixer. Sift flour and salt together, then add slowly. Fold in coconut. Bake in a well-greased and floured 10-inch stem pan or a \"Bundt\" pan for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Bake at 325\u00b0.
