Frozen Banana Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. very ripe mashed banana (about 3)
    juice from 1 lime, strained
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 pt. heavy cream
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Combine banana, lime juice and sugar and mix thoroughly. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream with the salt until it is very stiff.
    Fold bananas into the cream and spread into a large shallow baking dish.
    Freeze solid.
