Ingredients

1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 lb. cranberries
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. broken walnuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. white raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine juice from pineapple, sugar, cranberries, raisins, spices and salt.
Cook to boiling; lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Store in refrigerator.
