Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 diced bananas
3 eggs
1 small apple, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend all together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Use a Bundt pan or angel food pan.
If you use a mixer, fold in the bananas and nuts by hand.
