Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 small cans cream of chicken soup
1 (24 oz.) container sour cream
1 (20 oz.) bag Potatoes O'Brien (with onions and peppers)
1 (8 oz.) bag Colby and Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Take 2 cans of soup, put in dish and add one can of water and stir together.
Then put most of sour cream in with and stir. Then stir in hamburger, then put potatoes on top.
Then melted butter on that.
Then Ritz cracker on top.
Put in oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until brown on top.
