Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can peaches, drained (keep juice)
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. peach juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan in oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix in small bowl the flour, sugar, egg, juice and vanilla.
    Pour evenly over melted margarine; do not stir.
    Place peaches over batter; do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip, or serve plain.
    Delicious either way.
