Mixed Bean Pot(Gas Grill Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can baked beans
    1 (1 lb.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans
    1/2 c. catsup (regular or hickory flavored)
    1/4 c. cold water or red wine
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar or molasses
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place a large cast-iron skillet on grill.
    Add onion, garlic and bacon.
    Cook at high flame setting until brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir.
    Reduce flame setting to low.
    Cook about 35 minutes with the grill cover closed or in the 1-inch position, stirring occasionally.
    Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
