Barbecued Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 medium thinly sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    paprika and parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In Dutch oven over medium heat, bring water, barbecue sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper to boil.
    Stir in potatoes and onion.
    Simmer 5 minutes; stir occasionally.
    Cover and bake 1 hour or until tender.
    Serve hot or cold, garnished with paprika and parsley.
