Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1- 3 oz cream cheese
1 2/3 cups of sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter or oleo
1 cup of oil
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 16 oz can pumpkin
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
Preparation

In bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Add pumpkin mixture.
Mix thoroughly and spread in a 15x10 greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool then frost.
