Appetizer Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except parsley.
    Shape mixture into a ball.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Coat ball with parsley.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
