Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. melted margarine, divided
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    6 to 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially cooked and drained
    2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/4 cup margarine until tender.
    Combine onion, soup, mushrooms, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, almonds and broccoli; mix well.
    Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
