Caramel Pear Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of ground cloves
    1/2 c. milk
    4 medium pears, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 2 c.) or 1 (16 oz.) can pears, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
