Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. anise seed
    1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. Accent leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 oz. tomato paste
Preparation
    Add 2 1/2 quarts water (10 cups).
    Stir in all ingredients. Place 5 to 10 pound beef roast in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 for 3 hours, without lid.
    Cook day before. Refrigerate.
    Next day drain off spices and slice.
    Put drained gravy over sliced beef and reheat when needed.
