Muffins (Any Kind) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted shortening or oil
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. fruit
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients together, except the fruit, in a medium mixing bowl.
Carefully add fruit and stir by hand until well blended.
Pour into muffin tin lined with cupcake papers or grease each cup.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
