Chocolate Crinkles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add vanilla and well beaten eggs.
Sift together the cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with
milk, blending well after each addition.
Stir in nuts and chill dough at least 3 hours. Shape chilled dough into small balls.
Roll each in powdered sugar.
Place on cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
