Lamb Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. red cooking wine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. garlic salt/pepper
    1 tsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. crushed oregano
    3 lb. boneless leg of lamb
Preparation
    Marinate the leg of lamb in the other combined ingredients overnight.
    Skewer cubes of the lamb with squares of green peppers and onions.
    Also add a cherry tomato; grill until done.
