Spaghetti Meat Sauce And Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices pork chops or pork ribs
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    2 small cans tomato paste
    6 to 8 c. water
    3 to 4 garlic cloves, chopped or pressed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 leaves basil (fresh or dried)
    4 sprigs parsley
    1 tsp. oregano (dried)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. red hot pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet and
    drain; put aside.
    In large pot, put tomato sauce, paste and water and bring to boil, then add meat and all other ingredients and simmer 2 or 3 hours to desired thickness, stirring occasionally.
