Greek Lasagna (Pasticho) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    chopped parsley
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. macaroni (ziti)
    1/2 c. butter
    3 to 4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Add salt and pepper to ground beef.
    Fry until juices are absorbed.
    Add chopped onion, parsley and 4 tablespoons of butter; brown well.
    Add tomato sauce and water and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
