Grandma Libby'S Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. zucchini
    1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. soda crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam or boil zucchini until tender; chop squash well.
    Add butter to frying pan and saute onion until it turns clear.
    Add onion to squash; mix well.
    Mix in beaten egg, sugar, salt, pepper and baking powder.
    Stir in crumbled crackers and mix well.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
