Spice Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large McIntosh apples (pare and slice)
5 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
3 c. flour

Preparation

Pare and slice apples; put sugar and cinnamon on apples and mix, then let stand.
Mix eggs, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, oil and flour.
Add apple mix by hand.
Bake in tube pan, greased and floured at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
