Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    4 c. water
    1/2 c. rice
    1 small onion
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
    salt
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil chicken in 4 cups water until meat comes off bones easily. In another pan, boil together 1/2 cup rice, onion and boiling water.
    When rice is done, put it in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with chicken pieces.
    Take the chicken broth and make a gravy with flour, yolks and salt.
    Pour gravy over meat and top with bread crumbs browned in butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 1/2 hour.
