Halibut With Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. halibut, chunked
    1 small jar artichoke hearts
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. wine
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    8 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine; stir in flour.
    Add milk, wine, hot sauce and cheese.
    Heat sauce until cheese melts; pour over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Bake uncovered.
