Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 green pepper, finely shredded
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Add salt to cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
    Drain; add carrot and pepper.
    Combine remaining ingredients and boil 1 minute.
    Let cool and pour over slaw.
    Put in freezer containers and freeze until ready to use.
    This recipe may be made in larger quantities.
