Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 to 4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    g:
    Layer onion and potatoes in a quart casserole dish. Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
    Add garlic powder and pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, covered.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
