Fay'S Hot Dog Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 can tomato juice (large)
    2 Tbsp. chili pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Fry hamburger; drain.
    Rinse good.
    Put in large kettle; add onion, 1/2 tomato juice.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add all remaining spices and tomato juice.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Red beans may be added for chili with beans.
    Freezes well.
