Confectioners Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box 10x confectioners sugar
    1/3 c. evaporated cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 stick margarine
    18 pecans
    few drops cake color
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar together and add cream.
    When batter is about the consistency of biscuit dough, add vanilla.
    Color as desired.
    Pinch off dough in bits about the size of a pecan.
    Roll in hands and flatten slightly on waxed paper.
    Top with 1/2 pecan. Yields approximately 36 pieces.
