Mama'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. canned apples
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1/4 c. lard
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
6 tsp. ???
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour in a well-greased round cake pan. Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
