Virginia Chicken-Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked chicken
1 c. seedless grapes
2/3 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cubed apples
lemon juice
2 c. celery
1/2 c. whipped cream
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dip apples in lemon juice.
Combine with chicken, grapes, celery, olives and almonds.
Blend mayonnaise and whipped cream with 2 tablespoons lemon juice and salt.
Toss with chicken.
Best served cold with buttered croissants.
