Cheezy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, peeled, sliced, boiled and drained
    2 lb. block Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 onion, diced
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Prepare a 9 x 13 pan and preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Prepare potatoes and set aside. Melt cheese with milk and set aside. Fry bacon, then sausage; drain meat and with 2 tablespoons of drippings, fry onions and mix bacon, sausage and onion in the skillet. In prepared pan, layer half of potatoes, then 1/3 of cheese, last half of potatoes and rest of cheese. Sprinkle meat and onion mixture over the top and bake until meat starts to look crusty.
