Maine Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 large eggs
    2 jars junior carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream together oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients. Add carrots and nuts; beat well.
    Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
