Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburg
    1/4 c. Tender Quick
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. natural liquid smoke (hickory seasoning)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix hamburg and Tender Quick.
    Put in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, add remaining ingredients.
    Divide into 4 rolls (long).
    Bake 2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Turn every half hour while cooking.
