Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation
    Arrange berries in pie shell.
    Combine water, sugar and cornstarch in pan.
    Mix until smooth.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
    Cook 2 minutes longer or until mixture is clear and thick.
    Add gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.
    Pour mixture, while hot, over strawberries.
    Chill until set.
    Cover with whipped cream.
