Sunshine Chicken(On The Grill) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. French's prepared mustard
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
8 slices lean bacon
2 whole chicken breasts, split, boned, skinned and sliced in half crosswise, making 8 pieces
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, combine mustard, pineapple juice and brown sugar, mixing until sugar is dissolved.
Wrap each chicken piece with bacon, fastening with wooden picks.
Brush mustard sauce over chicken and bacon.
Grill over hot coals about 10 minutes, turning frequently, while brushing with additional mustard sauce.
Remove wooden picks.
To serve, spoon remaining sauce over chicken.
Serves 4.
