Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
    2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. instant rice
    1 tsp. chopped onion]
Preparation
    Brown crumbled sausage in pan; drain and cool.
    Place into mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
