Pineapple Polish Or Turkey Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish or turkey link sausage, sliced
    2 large bell peppers
    1 large onion
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple in natural juice or light syrup, drained (save juice)
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and pineapple juice.
    Bring to a boil to make syrup.
    Saute first 3 ingredients in oil or margarine until wilted.
    (Do not cook.)
    Put sauteed ingredients in casserole dish, 13 x 9 x 2, with pineapple chunks.
    Pour syrup over ingredients in dish.
