No Hassle Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. cider
8 c. apricot nectar
3 c. dark rum
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
6 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
oranges
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves

Preparation

Combine cider, apricot nectar, rum, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in large stock pan.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 1 hour.
Pour into punch bowl.
Stud several oranges with cloves; float in punch.
Makes approximately 30 servings.
