Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 (8 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti as package directs and drain.
Stir margarine into hot spaghetti.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Form spaghetti mixture into crust in buttered 10-inch pie pan.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.
Cook beef, onion and pepper until done.
Drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Heat.
Turn mixture into spaghetti crust.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 5 minutes more.
