Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine ingredients until it makes a stiff dough.
    Roll very thin on a floured surface; let stand.
    Roll up and cut slices 1/4-inch wide.
    Unroll and let dry 2 hours.
    Drop in broth and cook.
