Best Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add milk. Stir very carefully, not too much.
    Turn dough onto floured counter; knead lightly!
    Roll out to 1-inch thickness.
    Cut with a drinking glass.
    Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
