Chile Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork roast, cubed
    10 tomatillos
    1 tomato
    1 bell pepper
    2 or 3 serrano peppers
    1 small onion
    3 or 4 cilantro stems with leaves
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Fry pork until brown.
    Drain off grease.
