Stuffed Mushrooms Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lg. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. diced pepperoni
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. round crackers, finely crushed
    1-1/2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. crushed dried oregano
    Dash of pepper
Preparation
    Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.
    Chop the stems and put them in a mixing bowl.
    Add the butter, onions, garlic, pepperoni and green pepper.
    Cook, covered, on High in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes.
    Stir in the cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper, and mix well.
    Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps and cook, covered, on Medium in the microwave for 4 minutes.
